Lori is a curious explorer, a renaissance woman, a problem solver.  At two years old, she tested off the charts in puzzle solving.  As a child, she enjoyed disassembling clocks and other small household items to investigate what "made them tick".

 

Lori is an artist and entrepreneur.  She graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from the College of Design at North Carolina State University.  She also studied design in England and Australia.  In 2004, she founded Indigo Incorporated specializing in graphic design and modern interior design for residential and commercial spaces.  She also served as Lead Designer and Manager at BeyondBlue Interiors in Raleigh for over 10 years. 

 

Lori is an animal lover, an outdoorsman, a dancer, and a traveler.  She has a ‘work hard, play hard’ philosophy.  On weekends, you'll find her blacksmithing or at the pottery studio, hiking with her dog, practicing primitive skills in the woods, playing with powertools or zooming around a dance floor to an invigorating and unconventional waltz.
